Frederick Anderson, a cherished son of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on September 5, 2025, in his hometown. Born on January 2, 1969, Frederick lived a life marked by kindness, intelligence, a keen sense of humor, and remarkable generosity—qualities that endeared him to all who knew him.
A proud graduate of Fuller High School, Frederick cultivated a love for the outdoors, particularly fishing and hunting, pursuits that brought him joy and peace throughout his life. His connection to nature was a significant part of who he was and how he found solace and happiness.
Frederick’s legacy is carried forward by his beloved siblings: Tawanna Thomas, James White, Dr. Bernetta Anderson, Commander Bernie Anderson, Pastor Harold Anderson Box, William Anderson, Sybil Ward, Tommy Anderson, Warren Anderson, Tony Anderson, Sadie Anderson, and Caritha Anderson. He was also dearly loved by his special niece, Britney Bryant. The profound impact Frederick had on his family is a testament to the depth of his spirit and the warmth of his character.
He was preceded in death by his devoted parents, Linda Anderson and Bernie Anderson, and his sister, Angela Thomas, whose memories he held close throughout his life.
A funeral service to honor Frederick Anderson will be held on September 20, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Zion Hill Baptist Church, located at 7512 AR-365, Little Rock, AR 72206. Friends and loved ones are invited to gather and celebrate a life that was enriched by heartfelt generosity and a joyful presence.
Frederick’s departure leaves an indelible void, yet his spirit endures in the hearts of those who experienced his kindness and laughter. He will be remembered with great respect and affection, a man whose life was a beacon of goodness and warmth to his entire community.
